Eine musikalische Reise zwischen Klassik und Moderne mit Einflüssen aus Folk, Pop und Filmmusik, welche nicht nur an pastoralischen Orten wie dem dänischen Sønderborg oder der Umgebung um Salzburg komponiert, sondern auch im malerischen County Cork in Irland aufgenommen wurde.

With “Drifting”, the Leipzig based mondëna quartet unveils its long awaited second album of original compositions.

"Drifting" is a musical journey that moves between classical tradition and contemporary sound, drawing inspiration from folk, pop and film music. The album took shape in a variety of inspiring landscapes - composed in the idyllic town of Sønderborg in Denmark and the countryside surrounding Salzburg in Austria, and recorded near the picturesque coastline of County Cork, Ireland. These places have left their mark on the music, lending each piece a distinctive atmosphere and spirit.
